Android players: No or 25/26 neighbours

Three updates in a row caused nightmares for new Android players.
With the current update (Dream Homes/DIY) the issue of seeing none of their friends is still NOT fixed!

The official statement reads: "This was thought to be resolved however it still seems to be an issue." (Source: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/203626934-SFP-Top-Issues)

Not only is the issue NOT resolved, to make matters worse, those who did see their neighbours previously, see currently a random collection of 25 (or 26) of their friends along with "Another Sim Town". Sadly there is nothing we can do about this, except for hoping that it won't take them several updates to get it fixed!

For those of you who don't have any friends in their game and see only "Another Sim Town", use the following steps to get at least 25/26 of your friends to show.

The solution for No Neighbours! (If you see only Another Sim Town and no friends).
1. Log in to Facebook on a computer
2. Go to this link (your Facebook App Center): http://www.facebook.com/appcenter/my
3. Find the name of the game application (Sims FreePlay) in the list and click on the "settings" link
4. Scroll to the bottom of the settings options and choose "remove app" to de-authorize the application from connecting to your Facebook account

This will have disconnected your Facebook account from the game.

5. Next visit the Sims Freeplay app page here (also on a computer!):
https://www.facebook.com/games/thesimsfreeplay/?fbs=1101
6. Then click "Send to Mobile" (on the right hand side).

(Note: if it is greyed out, install the FB app on your device and try again. You can remove the app afterwards. If it stays on Sending... clear your browser's cache and wait at least 30 mins before trying again. It seems that FB is caching app info and refuses to send if it's too short after removal. Alternatively try another browser.).
7. Open the Sims Freeplay and login on Facebook again.
8. Visit the party boat or tap the globe to see your neighbours.

Happy Simming!
