Quest: It's all going Swimmingly

It's All Going Swimmingly: Unlocked at level 13

This is a time-limited quest-line, you're given 2 days to unlock the ability to build Pools in your house lots.
Reward: Volleyball Net for pools (Available in Online Store if you did not finish in time).
This quest was last verified with the Family Furnishings update (July 2019).

Please note that the times for certain objects may vary, they depend on the quality (star level).

- Build the Swim Center (12 hrs 45 mins, § 100,000, time/cost depends on amount of buildings already built.)
- Send a Sim to the Swim Center
- Admire the Slide at the Swim Center (4 secs)
- Look at Diving Board Apprehensively (1 min)
- Ask Wumples for Advice (6 mins)
- Supervise in a Lifeguard Chair (6 mins 24 secs, completes instantly)
- Use a Diving Board (min. 10 mins)
- Look at Pool Slide Apprehensively (10 hrs 30 mins)
- Be Nice to a Sim (1 min)
- Use the Slide (2 hrs 50 mins)
- Splash a Sim in a Pool (10 secs)
- Flip a Sim in a Pool (4 secs)
- Chat to a Sim while in a Pool (4 mins)
- Talk to Wumples (30 secs)
- Talk to Wumples Again (3 mins)
-  Use the Slide (2 hrs 50 mins)

- Build the Swim Center (12 hrs 45 mins, § 100,000, time/cost depends on amount of buildings already built.)
  (Phew, it’s hot out there! Sim Town is missing something… A public SWIMMING POOL! Luckily there’s one in the South on the Town Map ready to be built...)

- Send a Sim to the Swim Center
  (It’s finished! Send a Sim to the Swim Center. Let’s check this place out!)

- Admire the Slide at the Swim Center (4 secs)
  (Wow, this place is AWESOME! They even have Wumples the Water-Safe Bunny here for their grand opening! Oh! And look! A slide! Quick, go admire it!)

- Look at Diving Board Apprehensively (1 min)
  (Your Sims look nervous! I wonder what could be wrong. I know, they must be scared of the water because they’ve never seen a pool before! Get one of your Sims to look at the diving board with extreme apprehension.)

- Ask Wumples for Advice (6 mins)
  (Your Sim can't stay scared all day and expect to grow emotionally. Maybe Wumples the Water-Sage Bunny can give them some advice and a little extra life experience, too! Have a Sim ask Wumples for advice.)

- Supervise in a Lifeguard Chair (6 mins 24 secs, completes instantly)
  (Wumples just gave your Sim some great advice: "Don't worry, if anything goes wrong, there's a lifeguard who can help you." But wait, there's no lifeguard on duty! Have a Sim to supervise in the lifeguard chair.)

- Use a Diving Board (min. 10 mins)
  (Okay, now that the Swim Center has a lifeguard, your Sims are ready to use the diving board!)

- Look at Pool Slide Apprehensively (10 hrs 30 mins)
  (A Sim just dared another to use the slide. They aren't sure, though. It looks scary! Have a Sim look at the slide with super-extreme apprehension.)

- Be Nice to a Sim (1 min)
  (Your Sim seems a little worried about using the slide... Time for some useful advice from a friend. Get a Sim to be nice to another Sim.)

- Use the Slide (2 hrs 50 mins)
  (Your Sim was so distracted that they forgot all about their fear of slides. Have a Sim use the SLIDE before they lose their confidence again!)

- Splash a Sim in a Pool (10 secs)
  (Weeeeee! Your Sim just had a great idea. Splash a Sim! All you need is two Sims in the pool at the same time.
Go on, get a Sim to splash another Sim.)

- Flip a Sim in a Pool (4 secs)
  (Ha! Now since both your Sims are still in the pool, get one of your Sims to lift the other one up and flip them over!
Flip a Sim in the pool!)

- Chat to a Sim while in a Pool (4 mins)
  (Aww, just in case there are hard feelings, get your Sim to chat to the other Sim while in the pool...)

- Talk to Wumples (30 secs)
  (Wumples looks like she has something to say! Go talk to her!)

- Talk to Wumples Again (3 mins)
  (Wumples was so excited about the news that she said everything too fast. Ask her to repeat what she said, but slooooowly this time.)

-  Use the Slide (2 hrs 50 mins)
  (Wumples said that the Home Store is about to release everything you need to build SWIMMING POOLS at home! Use the slide one more time to celebrate!)

Congratulations! You can now build pools in your own home!

Congratulations, you just unlocked the Volleyball Net for finishing this quest so fast! Find it under POOL ITEMS in the OUTDOOR section of the Home Store!
