How to get the most out of your sims when sending them to work? I've wondered about that. Some of the employment hours are very attractive to send a sim away for a few hours without needing attention and earning a nice bit of money and XP in the long term.

Alternatively you can 'buy' a "Record Player" for your ballet aspiring pre-teen for either 7 NBRs or 25 LP. The Karate "Sparring Dummy" costs 8 NBRs or 20 LPs.
